As President and Managing Broker, Hiltz Commercial Group, Michael consults, advises and assists public and private entities in acquiring and developing commercial real estate, specifically educational facilities (Charter Schools).  

Michael is a recognized leader in navigating the labyrinth of rules and regulations required to secure suitable properties, navigate the entitlement process, selection process of architect, developer, contractor, and funding for charter school facilities, while nurturing the relationships needed (nonprofits, governmental, developers, contractors and funding sources to do so.  Since 2017, Michael has successfully negotiated the acquisition of land or buildings for 17 charter schools, in aggregate representing nearly 500,000 square feet of educational facilities, over $200,000,000 in property value throughout Clark County and serving over 10,000 students and their families. 

Also, Michael serves as Chief Financial Officer of several companies including Hiltz Commercial Group, Trish Nash LLC, MHGP and Mother Goose LLC. Michael is responsible for the financial activities of these companies, including current period financial reporting, strategy, auditing, and planning for future sustainable growth.

Michael is a member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Issues Mobilization Political Action Committee (IMPAC) and Henderson Development Association (HDA).  He is also Board Director for Living Grace Homes and Henderson Community Foundation and was recently appointed to the City Of Henderson Auditing Committee. Michael also serves as President, Tremezzo, Homeowners Association and a Board member of the Lake Las Vegas Presidents Club.
