Hiltz Commercial Group

Located in a historic building, the property was formerly owned and occupied by the Las Vegas Elks Lodge. In order to create a conducive and modern learning environment, the building underwent extensive renovation and transformation, courtesy of the Red Hook Capital Partners. Red Hook recognized the potential of the space and invested in its restoration to serve the community as a state-of-the-art educational facility. Hiltz Commercial Group identified and negotiated the Purchase of the facility in an off-market transaction.

Authorized by the State Public Charter School Authority, Sage Collegiate opened its doors in August 2022 with students in Kinder - 5th grade. As a slow-growth model, the school aims to expand gradually, adding one grade level per year until it becomes a fully-enrolled K-8 institution.
